You will receive an automated order acknowledgement after placing an order on our website.  Unless you hear from us, your order will ship within 2-3 days (sometimes less) through the US Postal service via Priority or Express Mail, domestic & international.   The Bead Drawer accepts four forms of payment:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

We do not ship to Italy (packages not trackable via USPS) or Nigeria and other parts of South Africa due to high occurences of credit card fraud.

●Bead Drawer Back Orders

We will let you know if an item is back-ordered.  Unless you let us know that you don't want the items, we will ship all backorders when they become available (incurred shipping charges are on us). Credit card backorders are shipped and billed automatically.  If we are not able to fill a backorder within 60 days, it will automatically be cancelled.

●Bead Drawer Returns

The Bead Drawer accepts returns for refunds or credit if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Just e-mail us at  returns@beaddrawer.com for authorization and mailing information.  Returned merchandise must be received in its original condition with a copy of the original invoice included; and be shipped within 10 days of receipt.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee; shipping charges are not refunded.
